Hello! I'm Devin, and I am a licensed hypnotherapist located in San Antonio, Texas. I offer in-person sessions to those seeking healing, empowerment, and development through hypnosis.
Our minds are quite powerful, and there's nothing one can't achieve. All change first starts through the thoughts and lenses we have. I believe if a person has the desire to change, they can make it happen and I believe hypnotherapy is a wonderful tool for digging deep into and changing any beliefs, emotions or behaviors.
In 2019, I started the journey to motherhood and felt a compelling need to change - there was a spark of light within me pushing me to move forward. There was trial and error, but I kept moving forward, focusing on healing my traumas and reframing negative beliefs. By doing this, I didn't feel constrained to my past anymore; I started to feel lighter. I could finally start picturing a positive future for myself and daughter. Through small changes made over time, I saw how powerful our thoughts and beliefs are and how they shape our reality. I learned I could change my story and trajectory by reframing my thoughts, and in doing so, I found myself encased in a profound sense of hope, peace and overwhelming gratitude. I know if I can do the work, anyone else can too. There is so much wisdom and power held within ourselves and in that deeper part of ourselves, our unconscious minds. There's so much healing and beauty waiting to happen! I wanted to share my passion with others in the hopes of them finding peace and overall well-being for themselves.
A little bit about myself: I enjoy spending time outdoors or by bodies of water. I love spending time with my family, and we spend many hours out in our backyard with our chickens, ducks, dog and cats. I love reading books and articles about the mind, baking, and family outings to quiet places.
In my practice, I use a client-centered approach through hypnosis, blending different modalities and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques in my sessions to help clients reach their goals.
As for my shop, it is full of organic, natural items intended to help others on their journey, to help empower them and lend a holistic hand. I sell organic teas, salves, herbal remedies, infused honeys and more.
I am a licensed clinical hypnotherapist and hypnotist through International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT), by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), National Alliance of Hypnosis, and am certified in Quantum Healing Hypnosis (QHHT) through Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH). Additionally, I am a lifelong learner of this practice and plan to continue furthering my education of this inquisitive and ever-growing practice.
